“John Kerry's Initiative: Bump in the Road or End of the Road?”
A Presentation in DC by the PIJ Co-Editors, April 11, 2014.
In this policy analysis and presentation given in Washington D.C., PIJ co-editors Hillel Schenker and Ziad Abu Zayyad share their thoughts on U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry’s 2013 peace initiative, in which he hoped to facilitate a resolution of the conflict based on a two-state solution. Among other things Schenker and Abu Zayyad discuss the shortcomings of the leadership on both sides, Palestinian hardships under Israeli occupation and the boxes that must be checked in order to put Kerry’s plan into action.
