Klara Vlahčević Lisinski, originally from Croatia, works on the intersection of journalism, foreign affairs, and security. She regularly contributes to a variety of European, U.S. and Israeli media outlets and is a Senior Fellow, Content Innovation and Strategy at New Lines Institute for Strategy and Policy. She was awarded the Hubert H Humphrey fellowship for journalism and is a part of the expert team with ITSS (International Team for the Study of Security) Verona. Her academic background is in journalism and international relations, and she is currently doing her second master's in strategy and security. She is a Visiting Scholar at the NYU Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute, dealing with journalistic documentation of war crimes.
