Wasim Almasri

Wasim Almasri is regional program manager at the Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP). He is a third-generation Palestinian refugee, born and raised between Lebanon, Syria, and the Gaza Strip. He studied information technology in Chicago before moving to Gaza to work for the International Committee of the Red Cross. He has over 10 years of experience in cross-border and civil society work, with a focus on grassroots, alumni, and leadership program development. Before joining ALLMEP, Almasri served as director of communications for the OneVoice Movement in Palestine and later as deputy director of the Zimam Foundation, where he remains on the board.
