Dr. Ignacio Rullansky is head of the Middle East Department at Universidad de La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is a National Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow at the National University of San Martín, and a Professor at both the National University of San Martín and Torcuato Di Tella University.
