February 20-25, 2011 International Convention Center (Binyanei Hauma opposite the Central Bus Station) Stand # 532 A in the International Section 10 a.m. to l0 p.m. Mon-Thursday. Friday 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. As we did in 2009 and 2007, the Palestine-Israel Journal (PIJ) will have a stand at the prestigious bi-annual Jerusalem International Book Fair that will display and sell all of the recent PIJ issues, beginning with Jerusalem - In the Eye of the Storm , and including the Nuclear, Youth, Refugee and other issues, and also subscriptions. This is a very important opportunity, since tens of thousands of people visit the Fair, and there is also much interaction between publishers, authors and the general public.
The name Palestine-Israel Journal provokes some visitors to be critical of the stand.
Friends and supporters of the PIJ are invited to visit the stand at the Fair, #532 A in the International section to express their support Please circulate this to your friends as well.
The Fair officially opens at 6 p.m. on Sunday February 20th, and it is open every day from 10 a.m. through l0 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and on Friday morning from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
