Dr. Ned Lazarus is a conflict resolution scholar, practitioner, and evaluator, currently a Research Fellow at the University of Maryland and Program Officer at the Israel Institute. He has evaluated Israeli-Palestinian peacebuilding initiatives on behalf of USAID, the U.S. Institute of Peace and the European Union. He served as Middle East Program Director for Seeds of Peace in Jerusalem from 1996-2004.
