Scott Ratner has an MA in political science from the University of Chicago and an MA in peace studies and conflict management from the University of Haifa. He worked with the Palestinian Academic Society for the Study of International Affairs and co-authored a report on “Area C: The Key to the Two-State Solution,” He is currently working with the East Jerusalem-based Center for Democracy and Community Development, where he has published a number of policy papers.
